A Note from the Founder

I know what it feels like to do everything right — to eat "healthy," train hard, and still not see the results you deserve. For years, I was stuck in the same exhausting cycle of yo-yo dieting — from keto to fasting to low-fat to barely eating at all — chasing results that never lasted.

It wasn't until I truly understood how the body works — how to fuel it, how to create sustainable fat loss, and how to maintain it — that everything changed. Through a few years of trial and error, research, discovery, learning and working on and off with different coaches I pieced together an easy to follow method that actually worked for me.

TransForged was born from that journey — to give other women the step-by-step guidance I wish I had, so you can finally transform your body, your habits, and your confidence — for good.
